Shipping policy

Most items will be made the same day ordered and shipped the next business day, but for wiggle room, we ask you to give us a 3-business day lead time to complete your order. If any necessary details are incomplete or questionable on your order, such as a wrist size, we will email you for clarification. Please respond as soon as possible to allow us to complete your order.

Once the order is complete, the shipping speed will be based on the options you selected at checkout. Note that unless shipping insurance was purchased (included in express / priority shipping), we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment.
